My favorite was the point that the US needs to have an international coalition in Iraq, but needs bilateral dealings with N Korea, throwing out China, Japan, S Korea.

Also, How is he going to "secure 600 tons of nuclear material in four years, not 13 years" in Russia? Does anyone really think that Putin is just going to let US forces crawl all over Russia? The only conceivable way for that plan to work would be by giving huge amounts of bribes to Russia. They of course would accept the money athen keep the gravy train going as long as possible.

I noticed that too. What is he going to do about Russia's loose nuke materials, send Special Forces teams in to commandeer them? Or, is he going to go to the UN and cry about it, and then watch that useless debating society talk about it for twenty or thirty years?

Global test, riiiight! That's the ticket, don't do anything until you have the unanimous consent of the entire world?
