That may just be the thumbnail from your album - what tips it off is the "sm" at the end of the filename, and the fact that the picture is only 3 kb. I know a 5 MB file would be too big, but 3 kB is awfully small. Make sure that isn't the link to just the thumbnail and not the actual file.
