I really think this might be the answer:
I heard a lady on The Michael Savage show with a good explanation for his dark orange face. She says that botox shot into sweat glands causes you not to sweat for a while. She thinks he's shooting botox into his sweat glands on his face to stop himself from sweating like crazy during the debates. The problem is that when you shoot botox, she said, it leaves swelling and red marks for a while. She thinks he has to use excessive makeup and color to disquise the red marks and swelling.

I hope this doesn't give him an unfair, unnatural advantage in that department to our President. Those lights can very hot and bright and any normal person may perspire quite abit under them. It can make a person look nervous when they are not but just really hot.
