Nice try. What facts are you talking about? So far, you have not based any "hoaxation" on a fact.
Indeed, you have tried to distort a fact: Comet Bradford is NOT 10000km large. The actual cometary body, or head, is at most 10 miles large. The rest of the 'size' is its coma and dust cloud. And, since those particles have acheived escape velocity relative to the comet, they are considered independent members of the solar system.
Ever hear of C/2001 Q4 (NEAT)? Well, that was discovered, grew to magnitude 4, and faded. No big deal there. I never saw it....but then again the sky conditions were terrible for the two weeks when it COULD have been seen visually. But that does not mean it wasn't there.
