I think I would rather leave this kind of speculation to the FBI and other authorities. They may have contacted because he is a subway enthusiast and Muslim. It seems if the FBI is contacting him, then we should let them worry about it.

I would hate for him to be completely innocent, yet somehow harassed by someone here because of what is presented. Or worse, his name comes up in a search by an employer and they find speculation that could turn out to be false.
