We, the voters of the United States, petition you to immediately complete and sign a copy of Standard Form 180 for the purpose of obtaining your military service and medical records and releasing them to the media.

Kerry will not sign the form because he is hiding a dishonorable discharge.
He would prefer for people to assume the worst than to know it for a fact. He will not release the 31 documents under any circumstances. Someone with access will have to leak them.
Freepers must bring this to the publics attention. Kerry is stalling on his 180 and nobody in the MSM is pressing the issue. It would only take a few days of round the clock media pressure for Kerry to either sign the 180 or implode from the negative publicity regarding his "hiding something".
Someone should fake up the Kerry discharge records and send them to CBS
