Can;t those things be implanted under the skin? I had hoped (foolish of me) that Dan Rather might have been "implanted" with one of those when he went to Iraq to interview Saddam.

Or perhaps still earlier, didn't Tim McVeigh claim the army had implanted a chip in his butt-tocks?
