I have a question.
Laura Ingraham

Laura Ingraham reported in the last hour, that McCain thinks we need to get over this issue with Rather. I wish he was that compassionate with President Bush. I do have one question.

Now that McCain has given absolution to Rather, I have a question. If I use doctored federal documents to malign an innocent person, will I also get immunity from federal prosecution?

These were supposed to be private papers of the Killian's. I am not sure if they are considered government documents. I have no idea if forgery of private documents is a crime. The best way to clear it up might be for the Republicans to launch a civil suit of CBS and Burkette. Then they could be in a position to give up the forger or face a default judgment.

"...will I also get immunity from federal prosecution?"

Uh...no. McCain desperately wants to be on both sides because his media love affair depends on it. He's a putz.

Does this explain it. You should have heard him criticizing Putin for his reaction to dead school children. John boy has slipped into dementia

One question for you: Why does the President need John McCain's compassion?

MsCain is a media whore. He doesn't like this Rather stuff because it's taking his limelight. He knows the press would be kissing his feet right now for his criticisms of Bush, but that damn Rather thing is sucking his "precious fluids".

I have a question for you: Could you please use a more descriptive title for your next vanity?

Thanks.

Rather ain't off of any hook. Cain saying anything is meaningless. CBS ain't off the hook. CBS lied to the world. Rather lied to the world. Laws have been broken. Time for CBS to pay some hefty dues..

McCain's general position has always been "Kerry served honorably in Viet Nam / Bush served honorably in Viet Nam, now let's talk about 2004."

This somehow gets manifested as McCain attacking the Swiftboat Vets and defending Dan Rather, but really it's an internally logical and consistent position.

It's true that McCain never met a microphone he didn't like, but the National Media only covers him when he can be seen as attacking the President. On the Local Media, he comes across as slightly less insane and rino-ish.

I love this site!!!! It's the BEST!!!

Anyway, because the documents that were forged are of a Federal/Military nature, Federal law would have to apply, and yes, this is criminal. Someone posted something that would fall under Texas law, but the Fed law supercedes. I just hope someone follows up.

If true - this sounds good - but I can hear the Socialist Democrats voices now -

Is everyone caught in a catch 22 (because of election time being now) - and did the ones who were behind the documents realize this -
