It is called a Breathe Right strip. I started using them and my wife says it has made a 150% difference. She can sleep now without hearing an all night nostril concerto, and I have found that my sleep is much better. I no longer wake up 5-6 times a night, and wake in the morning feeling a ton better than I have in years.

I have also found in the last few months that losing 40 pounds has much the same effect on a wife's libido as this patch does. ;-)
