Uhhh Burkett claimed to have made copies of the orginals and then destroyed the originals. So the documents or at least copies of them would be on his hard drive.

That is how he covered his rump.

I think it is quite obvious he "typed" them up himself. Burned the originals in Kinko's parking lot, yeah right!

Not sure about the printer, I know it can be done with copiers, they match up little imperceptible scratch marks from the glass.

Some one has contacted local law enforcement, they say they need a complainant (presumably with "standing") before they can start investigating anyone for any crime.

"What's on the hard drive Bill?"

Oh, come on.
Surely you don't believe that someone smart enough to try and fake the output of a 1970's typwriter on a computer would keep the file on the hard drive afterwords, do you?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!! *snort*....*giggle*

I would be inclined to check the harddrives at that Kinkos. This guy is pretty dumb. Chances are he typed them out, printed them, copied them and faxed them all in one wild and crazy morning.

If Burkett has a printer, does anyone know, can it be matched up to a specific document. You know, little imperfections, like they do with tracing of guns.

Dunno... but if I were him, I's slip a new cartridge in that sucker and clean up the rollers just to be safe.

No offense, but I have a printer and I didn't make them.
