Dearest Father, You know how deep despair and suffering is through the trials of Your Son. You also remember the many times that I and others like me have cried out to You in the pit of depression and hoplessness for some reassurance. You have held us close during such times, and let us lean on You heavily. Your love was never spared, and ultimately we felt it surge through us so we could walk a few more steps.

Father, another precious daughter is in the grip of such despair and needs Your immediate help and comfort. Surround her with Your love. Suffuse her with Your Holy Spirit. Set Your angels on guard around her to beat back this awful, hideous evil that seeks to destroy her. Grant her hope, sanity, and the power of Your undying mercy. Help her walk those next few steps...and release her from this terrible affliction so she can run once again and enjoy the life You have given her. Thank You, Dearest Father! In Jesus' precious name...Amen!
