Does anyone else think that these latest two beheadings call for another Hiroshima-type response?

We have been too soft, too careful, too mindful. And for what? Kofi Annan still bashes us and says the war was illegal. Take them out fast and furious.
I hear the Taliban are creating havok in Nigeria. Looking for another stronghold. Is that where Kofi is from?

It's time to get rid of the politically correct individuals who have anything to do with fighting this war and let the 'mean, cold hearted' guys take over.

Talking about politically correct, did y'all see this latest Maher stupidity?
Comedian Bill Maher, who has gotten himself in trouble before, apparently thinks beheadings are funny.
"Oh, I tell you, things are getting bad over there [in Iraq]," Mr. Maher said during his monologue for the Sept. 17 episode of "Real Time with Bill Maher" on HBO.
"On Wednesday, for example, three severed heads were found by the side of the road outside of Baghdad. Hey, memo to the Iraqi people: severed-head pickup is Tuesday. Look, if you want to sleep late, roll them out on Monday night. ..."

Here's another one about the "prophet"

From Rags to Riches, From Preacher to Despot

http://www.faithfreedom.org/Articles/sina/preacher_to_despot.htm

There are many contradictory verses in the Quran that can be quite confusing. This ambiguity allows Muslims to have their personalized “divine guidance” based on their own preferences. Those who like tolerance or want to present Islam as a tolerant religion can quote parts of the Quran that advocates tolerance, while the hardliners, the fundamentalists and even the terrorists can quote those parts of the Quran that foments hate and killing of the disbelievers. Therefore ironically everyone can find what he is looking for in that book. And they call this the "miracle" of Quran!

Let us compare both sides of Quran:

Mutilations, decapitations and other horrendous acts of barbarity have become the hallmark of Islamic terrorism. But where these Muslims "fighters" get their inspiration from?

To answer this question we have to look into the history of Islam and more importantly the examples set by Muhammad, the founder of Islam who repeatedly urged his cohorts to follow his examples and do as he did.

"...If you love Allah, then follow me (Muhammad)..." (Sura 3:31).

"Ye have indeed in the Apostle of Allah a beautiful pattern of (conduct) for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day." (Sura 33:21).

"I leave with you two things. If you hold fast by them both, you will never be misguided - the Book of Allah and Sunnah of the Prophet." ("Mishkat" I, page 173).

In this chapter we shall see a few examples set by Muhammad in the hope that they will make us understand better the Muslims and their world.
