A couple of weeks ago, my cat Fritz began talking to me. After a lifetime of silence, his comments were surprisingly ordinary: among other things, he mentioned that hes not very fond of the kibble he eats on a regular basis and would prefer to be on a more nutritious diet. He also said that he would appreciate it if I got him a better scratching post, one that he could really stretch out his back.
In the interest of full disclosure, I should point out that Fritz was not speaking directly to me, but through Maleah Jacobs, an animal communicator who specializes in two-way telepathy with critters. For $100 an hour, Jacobs will "check in" with a pet to see how it's feeling, what it's thinking about, and help it work through any special behavioral issues it might be dealing with all over the phone...

Sounds like an easy way to make quick money.
No doubt. I think I'll become a pet psycic:
"Mrs. Johnson, your dog Rover wants me to tell you that he would like more food and for you to scratch his belly. He also doesn't like it when people kick him. Your bill will be in the mail. Thank you."
I had to laugh reading this. Every year there is a "Metaphysical Faire" here and there are dozens of psychics along with a lot of new age wares. My friend and I always go.
A few years ago, pet psychics started to show up. You'd see them holding a collar or a picture and telling some stunned pet owner all about Fluffy. Listening to these "consultations" is a riot.
Okay, I just channeled my dog Dusty. He's mad because the cat box got cleaned this morning, so no kitty crunchies. He doesn't like the rain. The bedroom door is shut and he doesn't like that. He wants twice as much food tonight and it had better be human food. He thinks his deaf brother is an idiot. He doesn't like strangers.
So, could I charge $50.00 a pop?
