Alan Jones was fired for being the whistle blower on this scandal. The British Medical Journal was pretty good about exposing it and our friends in England seem to be much more concerned about their teen suicide rate than our AMA. They have banned all anti-depressants except for Prozac.
The pharama companies were VERY effective in getting this story squashed in the main stream press, they bragged about it on their web site. (watch any news show and most of the ads are paid for by big pharamacuetical companies). - This segment brought to you by Zoloft....
I guess it will be up to the alternative press, again, to expose this for what it is.
Please don't let this story die, it is just too important.
I sometimes wonder how these pharmacuetical company executives sleep at night. Have they no shame? No concern for the well being of ordinary citizens? They know that their dope is addictive, has devastating side effects for teens especially, and everyone else generally.
Ask the families of Eric Harris's victims of the Columnbine school massacre if they have relished in his particular "side effect" to the Luvox he was taking which caused horrible agression and homicidal behavior.
These companies know, and they have covered it up for years, paying off victims, and hushing up the cases, keeping them out of the press.
It is time people.....Expose the fraud, before our whole world is drunk on mental health drugs - forced on us by greedy, slimy, charlatans, who have no concern for anyone's health....
