I just noticed in the lower left corner of my taskbar a program that comes up which says "ezula." What is this and why does it only come up when I am in IE? It does not come up when I use Netscape. Please advise as I have done a search on my system which does not come up under that name.
It is nasty asware.
Can't you use google?
make that AD ware
I'm not too technical, but google ezula uninstall and follow instructions. You do not want this "stuff" on your computer.
uh oh. You've been invaded by adware.
EZULA is a very very bad thing you need to run adaware pronto to get rid of it.http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
I do not know much about it but it really messed my puter up bad!!!!!
There are lots of links for this. Is there one in particular I should use?
Adaware free download here. http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html
Install and run.
I am in Netscape and I copied the link that says to open it in IE. Then it said that I did not have it. I don't understand and I am not computer literate. Do I have to be in IE in order to download the removal tool?
Stealthware writers should be summarily shot.
I see you corrected it. Damn! I was just going to ask you where I could get some of that.
I think ezula was Pat Buchanan's running mate in 2000.
What is she doing on your computer?
You had it right the 1st time, left off an "s"
It's your porn account info link. Thats all.
I thought it was the name of a plague?
Thank you all so much. I downloaded Adaware and scanned it right away. There were some 70+ items!!!!
I am a bit relieved now.
Thanks!!!
That would be the "Deadly Ezula" virus, wouldn't it?
Down with evil adware!
