Migraine

The world looks very different
Through the eyes of a migraine
Distorted
Fractured
Like broken glass stirred in water
The chaotic vision
Like the calm before the storm
The view is a nuisance
but it is nothing compared to the pain
which follows

I can sooo relate to the poem, "Migraine". My head hurt so badly by yesterday evening I wanted to cry, if it had hurt that badly this morning I probably would have not come to work.
