I've seen them once in Texas just before sunrise - and that was in early November. I think I'll check it out tomorrow.

We saw them last night out our back deck. No reds, but the streaming shafts were alternately green, blue, and just bright. I hear they may be out again tonight.

I'll try a pic if I see something worthwhile.
