Check out your insurance coverage, it may allow massage therapy if your doctor prescribes it. I dunno if they have them where you are but down here (legitimate) Massage Therapist do make house calls.

Correct. It's all in getting the script - if the doc says it's good, then the insurance generally pays for it.

Possibly under physical therapy. I've had it before when it was comvered. That was in Colorado. Don't know about here, but if this pain in my shoulder doesn't relent soon, I'm going to have to go to the doctor.
