So does that mean that if a priest gives him communion, the priest is in trouble? And I got the impression yesterday from the link you posted that there were formal proceedings against him. I didn't exactly understand what they were.
If I recall, the church he belongs to doesn't necessary follow all of the church rules .. so I'm not sure how it will effect Kerry
Plus, I doubt the church will do anything before the election .. but that response is a step in the right direction
