Well, a lot of things are done under the color of law and the courts that are not in line with Constitution.

Amen - you just nailed it.
Maybe it's more of a guy kind of movie, but I just didn't see what all the fuss was about. It had a point, but it wasn't made very well, in my opinion, and gives the rabid leftists some ammunition for the claim of how "nasty" conservatives are. It was vulgar (to be expected from the South Park crew, so that was no surprise), lame in many parts and just generally unsatisfying. The story line was hokey, at best. I kept waiting for it to improve. It never did. I don't think this movie is going to change anybody's mind about terrorism, or actors, for that matter.
I have to admit that the Kim Jong Il puppet got a few snickers out of me and I thought he had the best line in the movie when he said "why is everybody so f***ing stupid?" F.A.G. (Film Actors Guild) was a nice touch, too.
Nully, you do NOT want to take your children to see this move! Trust me on this. It makes South Park look clean.
