I am so jealous. I need a new job in a conservative place, for more reasons than I can list. Just for one, I cannot take the "diversity" garbage which is continually shoved down our throats either to the detriment of the majority. Oh yes, and our co-workers are always whining and making mistakes, then blaming others.

Amen to that. Whenever we have these asinine diversity/civil rights/(insert your special rights group here) sensitivity "meetings," I usually arrange to have previous commitments. Thankfully, I probably live in the most homogenous town in Arkansas.
