It's really not that; it's saying that the government cannot tell you how to live your life, other than you cannot harm another's being or property, and making no laws thereof.
It's the way this country was founded, based on the laws of God and nature - not man.
Libertarians have a candidate for President? I got enough of that party when I watched the libertarian party convention and Harry Browne stood up there and said that he was accepting matching funds from the government.
He said it was a compromise he had to make. Yeah, right. Libertarians are no different than any other political party.
