Mo, I went to the chiropractor today for my prognosis and x-ray evaluation. It was not good news. My spinal deterioration is so bad due to osteoporosis that she will not do manual manipulation. But, she did say that there were alternative methods to relieve pain.

So, today, I received ultrasound therapy and a sort of air gun treatment. I was underwhelmed at the time. But it helped as I have had much less pain today, all day. At first I was thinking it was psychosomatic, but it is real relief.

Thanks to you and all that told me of your experiences with chiropractors.
