Good afternoon, Westy. Is it upriver or downriver today?

I had my first visit to the Chiropracter this morning. The Dr is going to review my x-rays and tell me Wednesday if she can help my back.

The lady that took my case history kept throwing in holistic crappola...you know, stress and such. I told her I just wanted to have my back fixed and not to worry of my psyche.

Haven't decided if I'll even go today....Need to gas up the car and pick up an prescription this afternoon...Do think the fog will burn off sooner today....

Ahhhh .. I miss going to my Chiropracter .. when I was working the insurance I had covered it .. Mike's insurance doesn't ... sniff sniff
