No need to feel bad about that. That's how I used to punish my horse, and if she's feeling her oats, or in heat and fiesty, it's a good way to get her energy out.

I do because I did it because I was upset and had no intention of riding afterwards. I forgot to remove her halter and had to go back to the pasture. Our routine was shot and she had that fearful, dead look in her eyes like she did when I got her. If nothing else I will find her a good home.
