That is the same kind of ballot we had. We vote in a small rural precint. We went about 10:30, so the morning rush was over. No line. But 164 votes had been cast already, which is alot for this place by that time.

HMMMMMMM....sign stealing. I thought it odd that ALL the signs around the place we voted were Kerry, and Carson. I didn't see one for Bush or Coburn. I wonder if sign stealing was the problem.
Becky
I'll bet it was. The only way I knew about it was the guy on the morning radio show was talking about how the Kerry/Edwards sign had disappeared out of his yard over night along with all the others on the way to where he voted. It's like they think that who's ever sign somebody sees last on the way to the polls is going to influence their vote. Go figure!
Oh dear! Did your gelding fall recently? Sorry, I've been away. It's always scary when a horse either falls with you and/or on you.
Hey Inge, long time no see. How've ya been?
Ouch! That means I would have had to walk my horse back to the trailer that night, no way to sit on the saddle.......
Hi Beaker!
Good to see you on here tonight. Loved your New England pictures, Thanks for posting them!
I have been busier than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs lately. But I do get to lurk every now and then.
: )
Voted at 7am this morning too. Less than a five minute wait and no lines when I left.
Any time. If there are still leaves on the trees tomorrow I'm going to photograph and post some more.
Great! Looking forward to seeing them. I like the rock fences you have there too. I will send you a link to pictures of one my favorites. I believe it is in CT.
Rock fences? I don't think that those are mine. :-)
Oh I think that you mean the rock fences here in general? Sorry, a bit slow on the uptake.
Good morning.
Finally, BUSH WON:)
I didn't make it thru the whole night, because we have to be up and out of here so early, but the cheers from the Card speech woke me up. In my sleep I was afraid to wake up and see what it was about, but thank goodness it was good.
Any way have a good day everyone. See you tonight, maybe.
Becky
I crashed about two. I was exhausted . I don't think I want to do that again. Not exactly my flavor of activism.
I was up till one this morning because I just couldn't sleep. CNN is still calling it a draw however. But then.. it's CNN.
I just saw Dash boy refusing to concede too. "They are coming to take him away" :')
When we went to the lake a couple of weeks ago I was seeing flags and GC signs along the way but in each small town we would see houses with front yards with KE signs all over the place. The funny thing is though that all of the houses were vacant:')
Godd morning everyone,
Nevada definately is Bush's, even if Fox still won't call it. :)
Be off today for husband's angiogram, you all have a good day.
You too. Yall did great. Continuing with prayers for you and your husband .
Thank you. Miracles happen. :) No blockages at all, not even minimal. Drove back from Reno through the worst snow storm this season but no snow at home, even stopped raining. Got all (boy so we have to cut down) the critters fed and have dinner started. That is it for the night.
