Our anti-puke recipe is pear juice and flattened ginger ale, a 75/25 ratio. Thanksgiving morning of last year, we all woke up with the vomits. Nasty!!! No fevers, no other symptoms, just the vomits. (The onset was actually staggered over about 48 hours prior to Thxsgv morn, so we knew it wasn't food poisining.) Naturally, it was our year to host the meal. All of my relatives had a lovely time. We stayed in bed and drank pear ale for two days. What fun!

You have definitely got the right stuff there. The syrup in the fruit juice (you can use the heavy syrup that comes in canned fruit too) will be good.

Sounds like the Thanksgiving from Heck. What a nightmare! Poor things.
