It is expected to stall up your way. That baby is packing rain. We had over 10 inches of rain from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm at the LECG estate. The creek behind our house was up 4 feet which is the highest we have seen it. Needed to rise 6 more feet to even touch the lowest part of our back yard. Thank goodness we live on a slope.
flood watch for the Potomac through Sunday PM. we live quit a ways uphill from the creek, and, luckily, if it floods, there is a back way out of the neighborhood.
