This has been bothering me since the first hostage was kidnapped in the Middle East and shown on "their" or Al Jasira [sp?] website.
As a website owner and operator in order to still continue to have my ISP Host to still allow my website to be on the Internet, I have to agree to their Terms of Service agreement.
Most of these ISP's TOS rules have been similar to these: 7. Using a #@%^&.com hosted domain that, in our sole opinion, has been used for the following (but not limited to) activities: a. Transmitting Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). b. Transmitting bulk email. c. Being listed, or, in our sole opinion is about to be listed, in any Spam Blacklist or DNS Blacklist. d. Posting bulk Usenet/newsgroup articles. e. Denial of Service attacks of any kind. f. Excessive use of the web forwarding service. g. Excessive use of the mail forwarding service. h. Copyright or trademark infringement. i. Reselling or attempting to resell @#$%^.com services. j. Unlawful or illegal activities of any kind. k. Promoting net abuse in any manner (providing software, tools or information wich enables, facilitates or otherwise supports net abuse). l. Causing lossage or creating service degradation for other @#$%^&.com users whether intential or inadvertent.
The criminals who do these clearly illegal acts enjoy and use these Internet sites to broaden their terror and infamy. Why don't the ISP companies close these websites DOWN? ISP companies routinely do that to others who have violated their own TOS rules, even in some minor ways. I would say that that these criminals should NOT be allowed on the Internet!
You mean sensor what we can read?
Feel free to take it up with the proper authorities (in Russia or wherever these web sites tend to be hosted) and report back to us on how far you get. ;-)
I happen to like free speech. If I choose not to watch a beheading, all I have to do is not click the big link reading "Hostage Beheading".
Actually, they often do get closed down. But they prepare for this and just set up shop somewhere else within hours.
If these videos (all of which I have watched) don't demonstrate just what we are fighting, I don't know what will.
that way the libs can see the difference between a fraternity panty on the head prank or human twister prank and Nick Berg being held down and screaming and wheezing after his neck is slit..... or the Nepalese worker killed by having his neck cut and his other workers shot in the head.
Their acts of atrocities should be broadcast far and wide to show the evil and perversion of a pseudo-quasi cult religion that islam is.
Witness the great works of Allah
Thank you for this helpful website and understanding my points..
BUT, repeating for those who seem to miss my points here:
"The criminals who do these clearly illegal acts [murder, kidnapping, beheading, bombing, torure, and etc.] enjoy and use these Internet sites to broaden their Interneational terror and infamy. I would say that that these criminals should NOT be allowed on the Internet! CLOSE THEM DOWN! Sign the Internet petition to speed this to happen. "
Freeper JohnathanRGalt is an expert on the subject. The earlier link was to his profile page. Here is a link to his postings discussing getting the sites shut down.
