Drudge reported that O'Reilly's exagerated on the number of books sold. All Drudge did was grab the numbers off of the NYT Bestseller chart (or something of that nature) but O'Reilly went nuts over it. I did not actually hear or see it happened but heard about it on Rush. It was one of the few times I heard Rush comment on O'Reilly.

Since you're new, let me be the first to inform you that nobody around here gives a rip what O'Reilly says, thinks, or does.

The fight started a couple of years ago when Drudge had O'Reilly as a guest on his radio show & questioned him about (IIRC) trying to hone in on Rush's market while Rush was having ear surgery. Drudge made O'Reilly look like a liar (and he wasn't really trying too)

"but O'Reilly went nuts over it"

Yes, have you heard the audio clips of when he was on Imus?
He said "Matt Drudge is smoking crack", "kill Matt Drudge".
O'Reilly the 'anti phoney' IS a PHONEY!!!
