Well as expected, Kitty Litters work has become #1 on Amazon.com knocking off Unfit for Command. What surprised me is that the Seymour Hersh book moved up to Number 2 or Number 4 depending on which page you look. It was ranked as number 659 just a little more than a day ago. Im assuming the discrepancy in ranking is due to that fact that one page isnt updated yet.
While not totally expected as it has been out for a while, Unfit for Command fell sharply down to 7th or 8th place again depending on which page you decide to look at.

Have fun posting reviews. If you're lucky Amazon won't pull them like they did mine and several others. The DU types are already singing the praises of both books.

I wonder how many books "Unfit for Command" would of sold if NBC would of gave John O'Neill 3 days!

It did well even with all the MSM did to try and kill it.
The reviews of Kitty Litter's book are funny. Some idiot is claiming to be a Republican but will not vote for Bush because this book showed him that Bush has no family values.
Sounds more like a "seminar reviewer" to me.

Paul Begala has been plugging Chain of Command on Crossfire, multiple times on each show, for the last few days. I would think CNN would see that as inappropriate conduct and fire him, but maybe they don't see anything wrong with it.

Wonder how long till we find the seminar types on DU pretending to be former FREEPERS.....
Mad that we challenged a national media icon.

Tabloid, sensational books always sell, like the National Enquirer..."most widely-read in nation", or so they claim.

Sounds like a liar to me. Just like the people who call Rush and Hannity. "I'm a life long Republican/conservative, I voted for Bush in 2000 but I won't vote for him because (insert DNC talking points)".

Not to worry. The book has gotten it's message across. Look at Kerry's favorable rating in the new thread. 36!

thats a moveon.org talking point.. they tell people to say"I'm a republican but this time in voting for John Kerry" its a tactic to try and give the person credibility, i have seen this ALL year long on radio programs and such, how you know this is a lie is because if you look at polls of republicans like 90% say they like president Bush whereas you ask democrats if they are voting for Kerry because they like Kerry or because they don't like Bush only like 40% say they like Kerry.. Kerry has a campaign of hate, that can not win.

Is that a good or bad unfavorable...36 seems like a low unfavorable to this untrained, unsophisticated poll reader

Look at the Bright-Side. A bunch of left-wing, Soap-Oprah-watching, National-Enquirer-reading people are spending their cash on these two books and they are not going to change their minds anyway. It's just that much 'less' cash to send to the DNC.

If someone says to you "I'm a republican but this time I'm voting for John Kerry" simply reply, "Oh really? Then show me your lobotomy scar"

QUESTION: What is the time cycle used in Amazon's calculations? Do the top seller lists get generated from a rolling 24-hour period, a rolling 1-week period, something else? That can make a huge difference in how popular something really is.

LOL, I would ask them... "oh yea, what the 1st general order stated in the Vast Right Winged Conspiracy Handbook?"
To: NYS_Eric
I'm thinking it is 24 hours. About a week ago Unfit for Command fell to #2 for one day. Some book about how to makes sales jumped to #1 and disappeared just as quickly as it had appeared. I bet some companies ordered a bunch all at once and it was enough to make it #1 for that one day.
