I'm sad that you cannot connect the dots. The prosecutions case against Peterson is a mosaic. Scott Peterson murdered his wife, Laci, as sure as I'm sitting here corresponding with you. When you add up all his deceit and lies, how can you come to any other conclusion? Those things in itself would be enough for me to convict, but since:
1. He went fishing "alone" on Christmas Eve and wasn't prepared for the kind of fish he went fishing for.
2. Scott didn't tell anyone beforehand that he had a brand new boat and that he was going fishing Christmas Eve. He went alone but used several other alibis (golfing, etc) for the time he was gone that morning.
3. His wife's and child's bodies washed up and were found in the same area where he fished on Christmas Eve.
4. Let's see, besides the facts stated above, Scott is caught and arrested with lots of cash and dyed hair before getting dangerously close to the Mexican border.
Somthing has to be wrong with anyone not adding this up. Scott Peterson is guilty and no one can convince me otherwise. I'm just sad that you have to witness a murder first hand to call someone guilty.
I will be sickened if Scott Peterson is not found guilty. This will be another O.J. fiasco and it will damage our legal system. People are tried everyday and found guilty with less circumstantial evidence than the prosecution has on Scott Peterson. I pray that common sense prevails and I'm thankful you aren't on the jury.

Couldn't agree with you more demkicker!! Your on the mark. There's a point at which circumstances being coincidences no longer add up. That point was passed ages ago.

You can add me, I have been praying for months now. All we need is for the Jurors to be honest, reasonable, common sense folks. The evidence is already there now for those willing to look at it. If they vote in a good strong Foreperson there should be a guilty verdict. If it's a hung Jury, I can live with that, because of the flight risk that Peterson is, he'll never see the outside of the jail and will be charged immediately and then re-tried. Retrials almost always result in convictions. Everyone learns from their mistakes. The Prosecutors will streamline their case. Let's not forget, it took 3 trials to convict the Mendoza brothers.!!

You mean the Menendez evil twins, right?
I just caught a glimpse of their attorney, Leslie Ambramson on a Phil Spector news blip...on Greta.
Sorry to say I'm watching Greta now...looking for news on the fingerprint testimony.

As many as needed. I doubt there have been many cases where they exceeded three tho. There could be some but it's not endless. For some reason, re-trials seem to be much more effective in gaining convictions. Probably because the Prosecutors know exactly what's important to put on and what's not really needed.

I am 62yr old Mother of 4 GrandMother of 9 and GreatGrandMother of 4.
After hearing all of the evidence in the Scott Peterson trial, my personel opinion is that when Scott told Laci he had betrayed her with Amber Frey, that Laci may have threatened to tell his Family and Friends and he may have strangeled or smothered her to keep her quiet!
Signed, Dolfin.
