Well it seemds like some FReepers want me to shut up and NOT post on threads.
They call it spamming.
Well if I didn't post the way I do the dims and media wouldn't notice.
Just ask yourself why did FOX finally run the Steve Pitkin story today?
Why did Rush mention that Edwards never served when he could have last week?
And do me a favor, come directly to me, not the Admin Moderator if you have a complaint.

I have been trying to access the site that posted the docs and can't get it to load. Does this mean that the document is a load or that the site is over loaded? I suspect that we shall see as the morning progresses.

Please show me where (and who) you are forced to read everything posted on FR. Tonk is doing a fantastic job of keeping us informed. As a newbie, you should get in touch with reality and look at the big picture before attacking one of our most patriotic FReepers.

I drew # 1 in Dec 1969 lottery (Sept 14)

BUT I had just got out in Sept 69 after a 3 year enlistment

I joined when I was 17 (went in one day before I turned 18)

Edwards COULD have served but didn't

BTW Cheney was 18 in 1958
Edwatds was 18 in 1971

The thread about the Silver Star incident got pulled because someone else posted it to the bloggers thread at the same time and must have complained. In my opinion, the wrong thread got pulled because the one had the actual document posted to it and the other just had links. I get sick and tired of the bickering over who makes the first post. I purposely had not posted the article because I was afraid that the post would die before morning, but once it was posted, felt that it should have remained in current events.
