I believe they're talking about the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC.

I can say with certainty, if George Bush Sr. was president at the time, there is no way the President's son and namesake are going to be attending AA meetings. That kind of information couldn't be contained from the press and that's just not acceptable in American politics.

If he did have an addiction problem and needed treatment or counseling, it would have been done very discreetly at a private institute where discretion could be assured.

Georgetown's where a lot of the powerbrokers in D.C. live. Hillary's D.C. residence is there.
