Abortion should be illegalized, and where does it say it's an invasion of privacy anyway?

"Abortion should be illegalized, and where does it say it's an invasion of privacy anyway?"
It doesn't say it anywhere in the constitution. The constitution also doesn't give the federal government the authority to ban abortion, either.
What the chucklehead from the constitution part said he would do would be to issue an EO to declare all unborn children the be living humans, and then have the justice department say they had 5th amendment rights to not be denied life.
The only problem that moron who purports to be be a Constitution party candidate doesn't understand is that the 5th amendment applies to the GOVERNMENT, not the actions of private parties. Therefore his actions would be just as consititutionally invalid as Roe V. Wade is.
