FACT 3: His Bronze Star with “V” for rescuing Rassman from the water was the only award given for this action. Of the three other swift boats, no one else claimed a special award for pulling men from the water.

This should be better written since others (Thurlow) did get awards that day (maybe not for "pulling men from the water"). And there are other actions listed in his citation.
