17 Don't live carelessly, unthinkingly. Make sure you understand what the Master wants.
18 Don't drink too much wine. That cheapens your life. Drink the Spirit of God, huge draughts of him.
19 Sing hymns instead of drinking songs! Sing songs from your heart to Christ.
20 Sing praises over everything, any excuse for a song to God the Father in the name of our Master, Jesus Christ.

I also have a prayer request for a dear friend, Chris. He has a tumor in his chest cavity and is undergoing chemotherapy. Chris is a very young man with much to look forward to in life, and I would very much appreciate prayers for him. I have been directing my prayers and warfare towards cutting this tumor off from it's supply of nutrients. Thank you all so very much in advance!
