Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
...Pass them by! Pass them by!
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Yeah...and hope the bank doesn't foreclose. :)
Real Estate Guy sez Prairie Village is a hot real estate market.
...and it's close to the dentist in case I need an emergency crown or something. :)
Gawd. This debate just started and I've already had to throw something at Kerry.

How? How, and how, and how?
Any rooster can crow ... you gotta show me somethin'!
Talking loud, and saying nothing!
What is your plan???
To: RosieCotton
Evenin'...almost missed this.

George, what are you doing???
To: RosieCotton
Bush is cool, calm and Presidential looking up there.
His speaking style is so much nicer than Kerry's. Bush doesn't talk "down" to you when he speaks.

Bush has the patience of a saint.
I could never run for office and have to stand across from someone like Kerry and play nice.
I'd want to say "Hey John, nice tan! ~snicker~ Oh and your nails look looooovely. *muffled laughter*"

He is taking SUCH a nasty tone. Doesn't make him look good.
I'd kick my radio, but I don't want to break IT, just him.

Be
weeeeeeeeeery quiet ... I'm crawling through the brush, hunting terrorists!
A$$ up, head down, perfect target ...
All these other people who think he's soooo special ... why does HE think he's special?
<kicking him>
To: RMDupree
I don't know if I can handle 90 mins of this creep.
