I never knew them to be political. I though "Symphony of Destruction" was fairly political.

I reference you to Alice Cooper's recent comments on taking any politcal guidance from an entertainer. I am surprized that any politician lets any enterainer closer since a certain incident with an actor in 1865.

You never thought Megadeth was political? LOL - maybe you missed their albums "Peace Sells", "Rust in Peace", and "Countdown to Extinction"?
I'm a big Megadeth fan, but they have always been political. :)

Megadeth has always been pretty political, because Mustaine hates everybody. I see Bill and Hill made the cover too so it's playing fair. I think their Bush looks more like Shatner.

Die Dead Enough (iTunes music store). It's on an EP, not an album.

Shut up and sing is all I can say. However, I really have not listened to metal in almost a decade. Moreover, I was never was into Mega Death. I loved Metalica back in the day.
To: discostu
Megadeath, like a lot of metal, has always played the anti-establishment role.

Rock stars... is there anything they don't know about politics?
To: Liberatio
That's ok - at one time, Slayer were dittoheads.

I mean as far as showing any images specific or naming names. One figure on the album covers looks like President Bush.

That is the job of metal, as they say on the metal station in Vice City: the 100% official home of rebelion.

I don't really listen to metal much anymore, but Megadeth has always been pretty left-leaning. Just look at songs like "countdown to extinction" for example.
