I normally don't use a ping list here. But I don't always post this thread early either. If you would like to be pinged when it's posted, please FReepmail to be on or off (and no offense taken if you want to be removed). Billbears did a wonderful job of posting this thread for years, and put a lot more effort into it. I appreciate all that he did.
