Only if there IS news about it, like formal charges
being filed (and in that case, you will hear about it).

Other possible news might include revelation of just
what Berger was trying to accomplish, and whether or
not he actually affected the 9/11 Commission's work.

But just yelling: "don't forget Sandy" doesn't strike
me as very productive, unless there's new data.

In fact, it might be a distraction from the important
work of uncovering the real John Kerry.

Berger is angling for a good plea deal and trying to avoid getting hauled before a grand jury -- but most of all, he is hoping that his old pals win in November so that he can get prosecutorial leniency. For now, console yourself with this thought: Berger has almost certainly lost for all time his credibility as a commentator, many of his friends, and access to classified material.
