Not sure where you are Fester, but our local Costco had about 30-40 copies this afternoon (but it looked like they were going fast!). I got my copy from Barnes & Noble.com in three days (ordered a week ago, Friday). Good luck, the book is devastating.

You can order the book at Conservative Books.com--I think thats the right website. I had their phone # and if I find it I'll let you know! I had the same trouble here in Florida at our Barnes and Noble and Borders! I told the girl that I bet they have Clinton's book and she said of yes, but I can't understand why everyone wants this book. I just laughed.
