These people are nuts.

After the 2000 Elections, but before the SCOTUS ruling lots of people were marching around the Governor's Mansion in Austin. Some young Gore supporter shoved, and knocked down an 82 year old Bush supporter. I think the police escorted the Gore-ite away, but didn't arrest him.

I can't remember which Freeperette "caught" the elderly lady as she fell, but, was certainly glad she was there to break this lady's fall.

I saw that video earlier on the local news here in MD.

I could not believe it. It was a stocky man around 35 to 45 like you said, and the kid he hit was maybe 19 to 22.
He sucker punched him.
The kid backed up and just stood there looking shocked. A police officer came running right over yelling at the older guy, because he witnessed the punch.

To see that slob get turned around by the cop and have handcuffs slapped on him was kind of fun to watch I confess.

Subtitle:....the Republican Convention in NYC will probably set a record for violence. The only way the left can win is to make the process so abhorrent to the mass of Americans that are ignorant and incapable of critical thinking, that they choose the "easy" way out.

The planning and execution of this plan is well along the path of no return. Watch for "police brutality"/Patriot Act abuse/police state/Bush militarism" charges to be leveled starting early in the week!

A recent thread on FReepers spoke of Bush supporters fearing getting their vehicles keyed if they had a Bush bumper sticker. I doubt the liberals have the same fear about their own vehicles with Kerry stickers on them.

We would condemn any such acts among our fellow republicans, but the liberals would cheer such destruction of property committed by a liberal dem.
