John Kerry did not bother to co-sponsor this compassionate Resolution.

Or maybe he refused. How ironic!

Maybe he decided to honor Boorda before he decided to dishonor him.

In fact, there is another thread here today about Kerry criticising Boorda over his undeserved decorations-- Ironic, huh?
