My husband bought me my first grill this summer and I've been going nuts on it (so nice not to heat up the kitchen!). What's that first picture? Do you grill up just the meat or can you put the whole wrap on there after you stuff it?

Tonight I will pay tribute to the nobel rain forest that gave its life for my specialty grilled blue-cheese-burgers!

That's fajitas--it's become a Texas staple. You can usually buy pre-packaged, marinated skirt steak (or buy skirt steak and marinate it for hours), then you cook the whole thing on a hot grill and slice it, then serve w/ cheese, guacamole, salsa, etc., in flour tortillas.
Please tell me you've had this dish before, or else I'll have to start a ribbon-on-the-lapel campaign for people not lucky enough to live in Texas!
