Sorry for the vanity post, but I have a question. I remember President Bush saying he had no problems releasing all his military documents in the spring. Did he sign a Form 180 (or whatever it is we want Kerry to sign)? It was my understanding he had fully authorized releasing all his records, but I'm arguing with a friend who says that's not the case. Thanks in advance.
