Bush battles back (with a little help from some independent vets)
TOPICS:
KEYWORDS:
As recently as a month ago, I was very scared. However, it looks like the swifties are taking a tremendous toll on Kerry and Mcgreevey's troubles may have put NJ in play. There is no doubt that all the recent polling show Kerry in a deep slide. Victory may just be at hand afterall. I still think the convention and jobs report are crucial...but if they go our way, the door could be repoened to a substantial Bush win *crossing fingers*

While I certainly hope you're right, I'm going to wait and see how this affects the President's poll numbers. It has GOT to help! I just wonder how much it will help.

I would not be so sure...this SBV thing could backfire in a heartbeat if Kerry releases his records and nothing is found. I'll say it again, if this really turns into a Kerry vs. the SBV Bush will end up being a ONE TERMER! Remember he has the MSM on his side, and there is no indication there are going to let the SBV proove their point...
Kerry may be a big doofus, but he's no dummy like most of you think. Know your enemy!!!!!

We're on our way to victory. I've never doubted it for a moment.

It's very possible that Kerry's "records" will have been sanitized if he ok's their release. Very possible.
