Watts, who has not smoked since the 1960s when the rock band shot to fame, is said to be in "good form" and has been walking to hospital to be treated.

How sad is that? He hasn't smoked at least 35 years, is known for being the clean-living Stone, and he still gets throat cancer. Meanwhile, Keith Richards keeps on rocking, even though he's ingested every drug known to man.

Best wishes to Charlie for a full recovery. Frankly, I'm amazed that he, Mick, and Keith have made it into their 60's. I think Ronnie Wood is still in his 50's (and yes, I know Brian Jones checked out a long time ago).

That's terrible but, even people who have never smoked have gotten throat cancer. Very sad indeed.
