I've read through the stuff "John Titor" wrote, and there weren't any 'predictions' that pointed to terror attacks.
Anything he wrote was vaguely stated and similar to what supposed spiritists say when pretending to call up dead people.
He should've made it a book, it may have been a good Sci-Fi romp.
