To: Lakeshark; Conservababe

I'm sorry I don't know how to do links yet here, but I introduced myself last night in another thread. ("Free Republic Records Highest Ever New Signups... Welcome Newbies", comment 169, among others.) Hope it is ok to repeat myself here?

At any rate, I used to live in Death Valley National Park where I was known as the "Borax Queen". I not only used the product for cleaning and killing pests, I also conducted borax mine tours and evening slide shows about the Twenty Mule Teams which hauled borax. I figured this would be a good all-American moniker - especially since President Reagan was a company spokesperson at one time!

Thank you to both of you and everyone else who has been so welcoming.

Reagan belongs on Mt. Rushmore....the greatest Pres. of the twentieth century.

Thanks for the explanation of your freeper name. Now, I must ask you a question. I have a pop-up camper that I will soon have to put in winter storage on a farm. If I sprinkle borax in the interior, will it help to discourage mice?
